President Colbert asked for input on the days to attend the Chief’s conference at Callaway Gardens January 26-28, 2003.  It was decided to leave on Sunday, January 26, 2003, stay the night and return Monday after speaking to the conference delegates.  Executive Director Frank Rotundo had advised President Colbert that POAG would be given about ten minutes on the agenda Monday morning.  POAG would follow Governor Perdue’s speech.  Time wise, Director Rotundo thought it would be somewhere 9:30 A.M.

It was decided the date and time for the February meeting would be set later and all parties notified of this information.
